In Tokyo, a court ruling on Friday has found that Apple’s claim that Samsung infringed on its patent was to be dismissed. This has been the latest ruling in the legal battle that has been ongoing with the 2 smartphone giants over the last few years.
The case talked about synchronized technology that allows media players to share data with computers.
Samsung Electronics, which is the largest manufacture of phones was happy to hear the Tokyo Court ruling that Samsung’s media players were allowed to share files with personal computers did not infringe on Apple’s patents.
“We will continue to offer highly innovative products to consumers, and continue our contributions toward the mobile industry’s development, ” Samsung said in a statement.
The lawyer for Apple declined to make a comment. Later Apple Inc. declined to comment as well with no mention if it were to appeal the ruling.
Apple has been in many lawsuits lately. Just recently a jury in California ruled that Samsung illegally used Apple creations such as zooming into text with a tap of the finger. Apple was awarded $1 Billion. This seems absolutely insane. What is Apple doing lately? …..
Apple is crushing innovation!
